To use the customized search, select the criteria that you would like
to have in the property. Leave fields that are not relevant to you in their
default settings ("N/A" ["Not Applicable"] or "blank").
When you are finished, click on the Search Button at the bottom of the
page. Please note that properties are listed in order of price (i.e.,
highest price first).
